To motivate and inform a diverse group of more than 150 Pfizer employees throughout a day-long staff seminar, B.Creative Media created a series of videos with the understanding that the most valuable praise an organization can receive is from those it serves.
It was agreed that the best way to present and understand a complex organization such as Pfizer’s US Clinical Operations is to hear how well it has served its partners, team members and internal customers.
Each individual USCO Functional Group was represented…and by looking "through the eyes of those they serve" it was revealed how USCO benefits Pfizer through "innovative planning and execution of clinical trials and related research activities."
